Customers will be notified when their vehicle is ready for pickup. Once the customer has been notified that service is complete and the vehicle is available for pickup, the customer has 7 calendar days to retrieve the vehicle.

After the 7-day grace period, a storage fee of $50 per week, per vehicle will be charged. Any partial week may be charged as a full week.

Storage fees will continue to accrue until the vehicle is picked up. Scheduling a pickup appointment does not stop storage charges unless the vehicle is actually collected.

All outstanding charges, including labor, parts, diagnostic fees, authorized repairs, and applicable storage fees, must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.

Evolt Wheels may, at its sole discretion, waive or reduce storage charges as a courtesy. Any courtesy waiver, extension, or previous decision not to collect storage fees does not constitute a permanent waiver of future storage charges.

Customers are responsible for arranging transportation and retrieving their vehicle after receiving notice that it is ready. Evolt Wheels is not responsible for transportation costs, travel expenses, fuel expenses, or other costs resulting from a customer's delay in retrieving a completed vehicle.

Vehicles that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to additional notices and further action as permitted by applicable California law. Evolt Wheels will not dispose of, sell, or otherwise take ownership of a customer's property except as permitted by applicable law.

By authorizing service or leaving a vehicle with Evolt Wheels, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable service, pickup, and storage terms provided at intake.
