Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Our standard processing times are 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). This does not include back-ordered items, preorders, or out-of-stock items. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number. The email and/or text will contain order details, shipment details, and your tracking information.

Most orders will take 2-8 business days for transit time, not including the processing time. Delivery dates are subject to change due to restrictions presented by the carrier, or weather conditions. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delays or problems that our 3rd parties carries may have when making a delivery.

How our shipping process works, checkpout it!

Our shipping process works in three stages, they are:

- Order processing and separation;

- Sending orders;

- Delivery it (a signature will be required)!

Each of these steps has an average duration, which may vary according to the products you bought.
